Let's Make Your Apartment Search Easier
Finding an apartment can be exciting, but searching, scheduling showings, meeting qualifications, submitting applications, gathering documents, and trying to meet a move-in deadline can quickly become stressful.
You don't have to navigate the process alone.
My goal is to make your apartment search feel more organized and manageable while helping guide you through the process.
Start by completing a short rental inquiry. Tell me your budget, preferred areas, desired move-in date, apartment size, qualifications, and what matters most to you in your next home.
This allows me to better understand what you're looking for before we begin.
From exploring potential options and coordinating showings to applications and communication throughout the process, I'll help guide you along the way.
Every renter and every search is different. Whether you're trying to move as soon as possible or planning ahead for a specific date, we'll work around your timeline and priorities.
I can't promise that the perfect apartment will appear immediately, but I can provide communication, effort, patience, and a search focused on what you're actually looking for.
Let's find your next place.
Apartment Search — Cash / Self-Paying
Paying rent with your own income, savings, or guarantor support? Use the self-paying inquiry form.
If you choose to hire me as your tenant’s agent through SPiRALNY, I’ll work diligently to help you find an apartment. My broker fee is one month of the apartment’s rent, payable to SPiRALNY when you sign the lease for an apartment secured through my services. This is separate from rent and the security deposit. Finding an apartment or receiving approval is not guaranteed.
Under NYC’s FARE Act, hiring your own broker is voluntary. Landlord agents and authorized listing brokers cannot charge you their broker fee or require you to hire a broker to view or rent a specific apartment.
Apartment Search — Voucher
Using CityFHEPS, Section 8, or another housing voucher? Use the voucher inquiry form and share your program, approval status, approved budget, bedroom size, and timeline.
We will discuss broker fee payment according to your program’s rules and available program payment. This inquiry does not create a personal fee obligation.
